Things to remember for the first month of pregnancy

The few things that all ladies need to remember in the first month are:
• Avoid going to crowded places to avoid infections and diseases.
• Avoid the intake of medicines or any kind of drugs as far as possible.
• Remain at a distance from electromagnetic things like the computer, cell phone, microwaves etc.
• Avoid drinking concentrated tea, aerated drinks like cola and thick coffee. The most favorable thing for a pregnant woman is boiled water.
• Develop a good eating habit to give your child the maximum nutrients.
• Never forget your folic acid at the end of the day.
